H1B Salary Database
Tip
Did you know that immigrants had a 26% chance of being selected for the H1B lottery in the USCIS fiscal year 2025 that runs from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025?
What is the H1B salary database?
The H1B salary database aggregates millions of records submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) through Labor Condition Application (LCA) forms ETA-9035/9035E. On Jobsort, you can search, filter, and sort through the records submitted to the DoL, specifically those that include software engineering, bio-medical engineering, manager and chief officer roles.
The wages depicted in the tables represent the annual salaries of workers whose employers submitted H-1B petitions on their behalf. Employer contributions or costs for benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and pension plans may not be included in the reported prevailing wages.
Note
Note that reported annual wages don't include cash bonuses or stock grants, thus total compensation may be higher than what's reported via H1B filings, especially for publicly traded companies, such as Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft etc.
