When I moved to the United States, I dreamt of working at a high-growth startup. But, I struggled to find those top startups. Having always been passionate about programming, I decided to prototype an algorithm to rank and predict which startups are going to be the next Facebook or Google. I then named this algorithm Jobsort. That's how and why I started Jobsort.
